Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Suya & Grill Chef to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate must be experienced in preparing a variety of grilled delicacies including suya, grilled chicken, fish, catfish, and bole. Candidates who live in or around Lekki Phase 1 will be given priority.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality suya using traditional and innovative methods.
- Grill a variety of meats, including chicken, beef, goat, and fish to perfection.
- Prepare grilled catfish and boiled (roasted plantain) with appropriate accompaniments.
- Ensure consistent taste, seasoning, and presentation of all grilled items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grilling area at all times.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Monitor food stock and communicate replenishment needs as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a suya and grill chef.
- Skilled in preparing suya, grilled chicken, fish, catfish, and bole.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Must live in or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
- Willingness to start immediately.
- Strong sense of cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
