The selected candidates will work on a rotating shift basis one day on, one day off with accommodation available if needed. The supervisors will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring smooth operations, enforcing discipline, and maintaining daily reports. Candidates must be proactive, organized, and capable of managing a team with minimal supervision. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities and ensure proper task execution
- Monitor staff conduct and performance, offering guidance as needed

- Support team coordination and smooth shift handovers
- Maintain orderliness and discipline within the facility
- Quickly address minor operational issues and escalate major ones

- Work in close collaboration with the second supervisor to ensure consistent oversight
Requirements:

- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
