Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate the MD’s needs and prepare briefs, documents, and insights ahead of meetings.
- Support strategic planning, track priorities, and ensure timely execution across teams.
- Coordinate projects, review reports, and highlight key insights for decision-making.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the MD and stakeholders.
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Identify risks, operational gaps, and follow-ups before they escalate.
- Keep the MD informed of key deadlines, activities, and business engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years experience in executive support, operations, strategy, or project coordination
- Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and project tracking tools
- Must be proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain discretion, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
