Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage Store's Daily Operations: customer service, and staff task delegations.
- Manage and take weekly stock count on Loyverse POS System
- Motivate other staff to meet weekly sales targets in order to attain the store's monthly sales target.
- Communicate any important information about staff and the business to the CEO; including customer complaints, theft, or missing stock.
- Understand, support and implement the store's policies and procedures.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the store
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND degree in any relevant field
- 2 years of work experience
- Must be able to arrive to work on time and set a good leadership example to other staff members.
- Be honest, transparent, and passionate about business growth.
Work Schedule:
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 5 days a week as this is a shift job, must be flexible, and available to work weekdays and some other weekends.
Location Only candidates that reside around the island and environs will be contacted.
Remuneration: Base salary NGN 100,000 monthly
- Achieved Sales target bonus is offered only to supervisor.
- If the store achieves its monthly sales target, the supervisor is rewarded an additional N20,000.
