Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Manage and grow the organisation’s online presence by improving visibility, engagement, and brand reach.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement content strategies that align with recruitment and marketing goals.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to optimise engagement and lead generation.
- Assist in developing promotional materials, short videos, and visuals for marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or organisation.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Excellent command of written English with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
- Creativity, consistency, and the ability to work independently.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools) will be an added advantage.
