Job Summary
Our client is seeking an organised Shipping/Logistics Admin Officer to coordinate shipment activities, manage logistics documentation, track deliveries, and support smooth supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely movement of goods, proper record management, and effective communication with vendors, drivers, and internal teams

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and logistics schedules.
- Prepare, process, and manage shipping and logistics documentation.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery updates to relevant teams.
- Liaise with transport companies, warehouses, clearing agents, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, dispatch, and returns.
- Support procurement and operations teams with logistics planning.
- Handle administrative duties related to logistics, filing, and documentation control.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with shipping and warehouse safety standards.
Requirements:
- Degree/OND/HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain support roles.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, waybills, dispatch, and inventory movement.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
