Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the hotel premises for guests, staff, and visitors
- Open and close gates for vehicles entering and exiting the hotel
- Enforce hotel rules and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Patrol assigned areas regularly to deter criminal or suspicious activity
- Report any security breaches or concerns to management and law enforcement personnel
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, disturbances, or alarms
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and activities in daily reports
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals on the property
- Support guest services by offering assistance where necessary at entry points
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar role is an advantage
- Physically fit and alert, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to stay calm and take appropriate action in high-pressure situations
- Basic reporting and record-keeping ability
- Must be reliable, honest, and courteous
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
