Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed logs and reports on security incidents and activities.
- Report unusual or suspicious events to hotel management.
- Provide assistance and information to guests while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Escort guests as needed, such as those who are intoxicated or lost.
- Intervene in disturbances or altercations to prevent escalation.
- Liaise with law enforcement during investigations and provide them with information
