We are seeking a Secretary who will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting consultants in delivering projects effectively and on time.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the firm or senior staff.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for consultants and management.
- Prepare, type, and format reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents (both physical and electronic).
- Handle client inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
- Support project teams with documentation, research, and data entry as needed.
- Monitor and order office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any field.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
