The Sales/Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales growth for the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell company products or services to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles (may vary by employer).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
