We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Restaurant & Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage inventory and stock control within our restaurant.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and shift management.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and daily financial reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
- Implement cost control and waste reduction strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
- Generate operational reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role (restaurant, hotel, or retail).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
