Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays.
- Good understanding of restaurant health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or food service industry.
