Our client, a brand name in the Hospitality industry seeks the services of a front desk Restaurant Supervisor to handle online orders and be responsible for supervising the running of the front lobby and daily operation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with restaurant customers and guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service delivery.
- Coordinates, monitors and supervises the daily operation of the restaurant and front desk staff for maximal productivity.
- Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business.
- Ensuring that standards and procedures and strictly adhered to.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Preparing daily reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Train front office staff as designated and outlined in the front office training procedures.
- Builds strong relationships and coordinates with all other departments to improve service delivery.
- Ensures front desk supplies are stocked and computer equipment functioning properly.
- Takes charge of online orders and ensures swift and efficient deliveries.
- Handles all issues and complaints relating to online orders and resolves them timely.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a front desk Restaurant Supervisor, or a similar position in the Hospitality industry.
- Extensive experience in demonstrating leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
- Amazing written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work for long periods of time and on weekends as well.
- Strong organization and analytical skills and exceptional customer service skills.
- Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
- Good numerical abilities.
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must maintain composure under pressure.
- Good time management skills.
