Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately using the restaurant’s POS system
- Handle cash, card, and transfer payments efficiently and securely
- Issue receipts and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff as needed
- Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied correctly
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or front-desk role (restaurant or retail preferred)
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Must be courteous, dependable, and well-organized
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as required
