The Hotel Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant stay.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Check-in guests efficiently, verify identification, and issue room keys.
- Manage check-outs, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in person, by phone, or via email.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate guest records using property management software.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room changes.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs.
- Follow hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment.
- Balance cash drawers and generate end-of-shift reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- SSCE certificate
