Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, or customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle documents as well as package delivery and dispatch.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings for staff members.
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are properly equipped.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Making a brief presentation about the company to clients when there is a need.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as needed.
- Liaising with maintenance staff for office upkeep.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and news.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Degree in Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills Proficiency
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
