Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain professional and polite telephone etiquette.
- Relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Inform employees of visitor arrivals and appointments.
- Monitor and control access to the premises by maintaining visitors log, including names, contact information, and purpose of visit.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and out, complying with safety procedures.
- Alert appropriate personnel to security concerns or emergency situations.
- Manages daily employees’ attendance and sends reports to appropriate channels.
- Coordinate requests and inquiries from visitors.
- Assist in maintaining the efficient operation of external office areas and coordinate with drivers when necessary.
- Draft daily report on the usage of Gen, Light, and Water, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of B.SC or HND in Administration or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in tasks.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Must be IT Savvy
