Responsibilities:
- Be able to attend to guests in a very polite manner.
- Take guests to rooms and provide necessary needs for the guests.
- Be a team player with other staff. Be able to receive calls and bookings from customers and have analytical skills to be able to discern customer needs and attend to them.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
- Be polite, dress clean be able to communicate, and cheerful
