The role includes managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, directing visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk, including receiving deliveries and distributing mail.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and appearance.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company or services.
- Monitor visitor access and issue visitor passes when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any course of study
- 2 years of experience
