Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage appointments, and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the laundromat.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Receive and log laundry items accurately.
  • Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, or online.
  • Manage customer pick-ups and ensure timely order processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk area.
  • Support administrative and operational duties as required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, POS, or booking systems).
