Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Review and upload 12–15 new Florida listings daily that match our investment criteria.
  
• Enter complete deal data (address, price, rents, comps, rehab info) into our analyzer: https://large-nap-29014739.figma.site
  
• Use Zillow, PropStream, and related tools to pull accurate market comps and rent estimates.
  
• Call or message realtors to verify condition, seller motivation, and rehab details.
  
• Follow up with agents and update deal notes in the CRM.
  
• Run a simple Python script once per month to refresh pre-foreclosure and off-market data (no coding required).
  
• Call or message off-market owners using CallTools or our CRM dialer to confirm interest in selling.
  
• Coordinate showings or inspection photo requests for interested properties.
  
• Maintain clear communication and submit daily progress updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Speak fluent English with a neutral accent and sound confident on calls.
• Accuracy and daily communication are key.
• Be reliable, organized, and consistently available during U.S. daytime hours (Florida time zone).
• Have a quiet workspace and stable, high-speed internet for research and calls.
• Show strong attention to detail when entering property data and analyzing comps.
• Understand U.S. real estate terms like ARV, rehab estimates, and rent comps.
• Be comfortable using Google Sheets, CRMs, Zillow, PropStream, and similar tools.
• Value accuracy and reliability over speed - quality work is the priority.
• Be reachable daily via WhatsApp or chat during U.S. hours for task updates.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or virtual assistant roles.
• Familiarity with Florida property markets.
• Prior use of CallTools, Podio, or similar CRM/dialer systems.

Benefits:

• Base Pay: ₦80,000/month, paid bi-weekly (₦40,000 every two weeks).
• Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for each accurate property uploaded, verified off-market lead, or closed deal.
• Typical Monthly Earnings: ₦120,000 – ₦240,000 + based on performance and consistency.
• Payments: Sent via Wise, Payoneer, or Coinbase (crypto) bi-weekly.
