Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and storage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
- Deliver luggage, packages, and messages to guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Assist with arranging taxis, luggage carts, or valet parking as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to support guest needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- SSCE Certificate is required
