This individual will act as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Maintain and organise executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, draft correspondence, handle email communications, and manage confidential documents.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Meeting Preparation: Organise agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Project Assistance: Support the executive with managing special projects, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
- Task Prioritisation: Monitor and prioritise tasks to ensure the executive remains focused on strategic goals.
- Event Coordination: Assist with organising corporate events, conferences, and team activities.
- Office Management: Oversee administrative processes, such as filing, supplies inventory, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven track record of supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- Administrative Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Social Media Expertise: Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
- Design Proficiency: Comfortable using Canva to create professional, high-quality designs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- Tech Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook).
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and manage complex tasks under tight deadlines.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
