Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the executive with administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications; respond or redirect as necessary
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, representations, and other documents as required
- Run personal errands and manage personal appointments when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
- Organize events, meetings, and conferences.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office(Word,Excel,Outlook ,Powerpoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Flexibility and adaptability
- High attention to detail
