The Personal Assistant to the MD/CEO provides executive support through calendar management, communication handling, document preparation, and travel coordination. Acts as liaison with stakeholders, ensures smooth workflow, supports strategic projects, and maintains confidentiality while enhancing the efficiency of the MD/CEO’s office.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the MD/CEO in preparing for meetings, including gathering necessary documents, conducting research, and creating briefing materials.
- Maintain and organize official records, documents, and confidential information.
- Monitor and manage the MD/CEO's emails, prioritize messages, and draft responses when appropriate.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence on behalf of the MD/CEO.
- Draft and prepare professional business documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior executives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key individuals, representing the MD/CEO's interests with professionalism and integrity.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between the MD/CEO and various teams/departments within the organization.
- Efficiently manage the MD/CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for business trips.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to maximize the MD/CEO's time.
- Support the MD/CEO in managing special projects, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to aid decision-making processes.
- Monitor project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters of the MD/CEO.
- Carry out other projects/duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
