Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and daily tasks
- Track ongoing projects and follow up with department leads
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and light reporting (Excel/Word)
- Monitor social media pages, draft captions, and support video content planning
- Assist with internal communication, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and small events
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- Support general operations within the departments
Requirements
- Female, organized, and proactive
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, basic CapCut )
- Smart, fast learner, and able to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable around social media and digital tools
