Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Supervises Daily operations.
  • Ensures customer, employee, and owner satisfaction.
  • Ensures the standard operating procedures are maintained. 
  • Ensures food and beverage cost percentage is achieved monthly according to revenue and expenditure budget.
  • Achieve profitable standards monthly through cost controls.  


Requirements:

  • A minimum of HND
  • Administrative skill with a minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, and lounge management.
  • Leadership skills.
  • the ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • the ability to organize your time and workload.
  • to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • the ability to use your initiative.
  • patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • excellent verbal communication skills.
