Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee routine inspection, servicing, and repair of printing machines to minimize downtime.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with technicians to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Monitor the condition and fuel usage of generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply during operations.
- Ensure timely servicing and troubleshooting of generator issues in collaboration with technical support.
- Monitor daily print operations to ensure workflow efficiency, quality standards, and timely job completion.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or process delays that may impact productivity.
- Coordinate repairs of structural components such as roofing, plumbing, lighting, and workspace utilities.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to minimize workplace hazards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to printing operations.
- Supervise machine operators, maintenance staff, and other operational personnel.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Collaborate with the press manager on all maintenance and production tasks.
- Proven experience operating and maintaining printing equipment.
