Responsibilities:

- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Be responsible for operational efficiency, marketing initiatives, sales performance, and team productivity, all while maintaining the service standards to customers.
- Manage and supervise team growth and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3–4 years proven experience in operations, sales, and people management within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- People Management and outspoken skills
- Good Inventory Management skills
- Brand alignment and Professionalism
- Creative problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beauty trends, service, products, and client experience.
- Ability to work weekends and during peak business hours.
