Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to enhance product/service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of resource planning, quality control, and cost management.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
