Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Branch Operations:
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Conduct daily branch inspections
- Resolve operational issues quickly
Facility & Standards:
- Ensure gym equipment, facilities, changing rooms, reception, and workout areas are clean and functional
- Ensure the gym environment consistently meets DSG standards
Equipment & Inventory:
- Manage equipment maintenance and repairs
- Oversee inventory and supplies
Admin & Cost Control:
- Reduce unnecessary expenses and wastage
- Reconcile operational records with actual activities
Requirements:
- Experience in gym operations, facility management, or an operations role; organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills *Required*
- Proactive, Detail-oriented, Responsible, and Customer-focused
- Ability to work long hours and manage a team
