Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Client Delivery (50% of your time)
• Coordinate CAC, NIPC, FIRS registrations for 3-10 clients monthly
• Chase vendors when they disappear (and they will)
• Quality-check documents before clients see them
• Update clients on progress (Portal, Whatsapp, email)
• Flag issues before they become crises
Freelance Network Management (30%)
• Build roster of reliable professional service providers
• Negotiate rates and manage project assignments
• Track freelancer performance (quality, speed, responsiveness)
• Handle invoicing and payments
• Cut underperformers, reward high performers
Process Documentation (20%)
• Turn every project into a reusable playbook
• Create checklists for project setups
• Build templates that make future projects faster
• Track metrics (on-time delivery, satisfaction scores)
Requirements:
- Have coordinated business projects (CAC knowledge is a plus)
- Can juggle 5+ projects without dropping balls
- Write clear updates that reassure anxious clients
- Follow up relentlessly until things get done
- Think in systems (if you do it twice, you document it)
- Live in or near Lagos (on-ground coordination helps)
