Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production of cakes, desserts, and catering orders
- Coordinate bakers, decorators, and deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and production planning
- Drive sales growth and catering orders (corporate & events)
- Convert enquiries to customers and identify upselling opportunities
- Supervise staff and ensure team accountability and productivity
- Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Track sales, production output, and performance using Zoho CRM
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, sales, or business management
- Experience in the food, hospitality, or bakery industry is an advantage
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Revenue growth
- New corporate/event clients
- On-time order fulfillment
- Reduced complaints
- Team productivity.
What We Offer:
- Remuneration: NGN 270,000 (gross)
- NGN 10,000 weekly transport allowance
- Performance bonuses & commission
