We are looking for a male Office Assistant to handle basic finance and accounting tasks while also assisting with vehicle movement when needed. The ideal candidate must have driving experience. Accounting knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided. This role requires reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Support the finance department with daily administrative tasks.
- Help with data entry, invoice tracking, petty cash handling, and basic report preparation.
- Coordinate and assist in the movement of company vehicles for inspection, delivery, and logistics purposes.
- Maintain and update records of vehicle movements and related documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist in inventory checks and supplies management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Safe and professional driving skills (manual and automatic vehicles)
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthiness and reliability in handling sensitive tasks.
