We seek to hire an Office Assistant to fill this position.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel, sending, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining office filing systems and organizing documents;
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings;
- Handling office supplies, inventory, and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- OND or Minimum of SSCE in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution or secondary school in Nigeria with a minimum of upper credit for OND or at least credit in Five subjects for SSCE.
- Not more than 25 years of age;
- Between two to three years cognate experience;
- Must be living within Ajah-Badore, Iyana Oworo, Ojodu Berger, Anthony Village, Orile Iganmu, Surulere axis

- Good interpersonal relationships.
