Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including office supplies and general upkeep.
- Manage office reception, staff and guest entry and exit control.
- Maintain and organise company records, documents, and databases.
- Assist in visa, pass and permit applications.
- Arrange transport, flight and hotel bookings for company visitors and staff when needed.
- Design, print and distribute staff ID cards.
- Coordinate general office cleaning and security services.
- Assist in basic HR, finance, or procurement tasks (filing receipts, tracking expenses, etc.)
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma, OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in public administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, international relations, or a social science field.
- Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy and precision in handling information, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Sound English written and oral communication skills, strong critical thinking, problem-solving, people-centric approach, purpose-driven thinking, accountability, and time-punctuality.
- Ability to work independently, but in a consultative environment with other staff and the supervisor.
- Good computer literacy skills with strong knowledge of the Google Office Suite.
- Good written and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with others.
- Must be discreet and professional.
