The Office Administration Assistant will play a key role in maintaining a well-organised, efficient, and productive work environment. You will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and be the go-to person for office-related needs, ensuring our team has the support they need to thrive.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including office supplies and general upkeep.
  • Manage office reception, staff and guest entry and exit control.
  • Maintain and organise company records, documents, and databases.
  • Assist in visa, pass and permit applications.
  • Arrange transport, flight and hotel bookings for company visitors and staff when needed.
  • Design, print and distribute staff ID cards.
  • Coordinate general office cleaning and security services.
  • Assist in basic HR, finance, or procurement tasks (filing receipts, tracking expenses, etc.)


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma, OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in public administration, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, international relations, or a social science field.
  • Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy and precision in handling information, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Sound English written and oral communication skills, strong critical thinking, problem-solving, people-centric approach, purpose-driven thinking, accountability, and time-punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently, but in a consultative environment with other staff and the supervisor.
  • Good computer literacy skills with strong knowledge of the Google Office Suite.
  • Good written and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Good reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Must be discreet and professional.
