Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages to guests.
- Create new and innovative drink recipes tailored to the establishment’s theme.
- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Manage bar inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure guests receive timely, courteous, and professional service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a wine bar or upscale establishment.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for mixology and a commitment to providing memorable guest experiences.
