Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including:
- Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage
- Prenatal Massage, Post-Surgical Recovery Massage, Facial Massage, Full Body Massage
- Breast and Butt Enhancement Massage, Cupping Therapy, Body Sculpting/Contouring Techniques
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation of all tools and treatment areas.
- Track client progress and treatment records.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness tips.
- Willingness to train and share techniques with other team members.
- Participate in spa events or wellness programs as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional spa setting.
- Relevant certification in Massage Therapy or Bodywork.
- Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Skilled in both therapeutic and aesthetic massage techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be reliable with verifiable references.
- Open to learning new techniques and collaborating with a team.
- Must be willing to train others.
