Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundryman to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for washing, drying, folding, and pressing laundry items efficiently and with care, ensuring high hygiene standards and excellent presentation of garments, linens, and uniforms. Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes, linens, and uniforms as required.
- Identify and treat stains using appropriate stain removal techniques.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and pressing machines.
- Monitor the use of laundry chemicals and report when supplies need to be replenished.
- Ensure that all cleaned items are correctly labeled and returned to the appropriate departments or guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry area.
- Report any damaged items or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines consistently.
- Assist in inventory control of laundry supplies.
Requirements:
- SSCE or equivalent (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or laundry services industry is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and manage workload effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or lift laundry loads when needed.
