We are looking to hire a Housekeeper who will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and overall maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and dust surfaces.
- Dispose of trash and ensure proper sanitation.
- Restock cleaning supplies and inform management of shortages.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any cleaning-related concerns.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role
