Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding service that exceeds expectations
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a visible presence in public areas to assist guests and address immediate needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, hotel operations
- Previous hotel or resort experience strongly preferred
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
