Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools and glassware.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Check identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
- ND / High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude at all times.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
