Job Summary
We are seeking the services of an experienced Hotel manager to work in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The successful candidate must have experience working in a new Hotel environment with at least four years relevant job experience in Hotel Management .

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular inspection of hotel properties and amenities and organize necessary maintenance.
- Implementing and reviewing standards operation procedures to continuously improve seeking opportunities and ways to maximize revenue and develop service delivery.
- Monitoring employee performance and offering regular evaluation meetings designed to improve service delivery.
- Setting revenue and guest satisfaction targets and ensuring that these are met.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
- Deal with contractors and suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or in a related course of study.
- Minimum four (4) years experience working as a hotel manager.
- Fluency in English.
- Understanding of all hotel management procedures and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suites.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High decision making and problem solving skills
- Great leadership skills
