Hospitality Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for students enrolled in our hospitality training program.
• Utilize the provided training materials to deliver comprehensive and engaging training sessions.
• Ensure that students grasp the concepts and skills required for a successful career in the hospitality industry.
• Provide practical learning opportunities to students, enabling them to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Assess student progress and offer additional support and coaching as needed.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to excel.
• Collaborate with the training program coordinators to identify and address specific training needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the hospitality industry to incorporate relevant knowledge into training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and student performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hospitality Trainer or in a similar training role within the hospitality industry.
• Minimum academic qualification of an HND (Higher National Diploma) in Hospitality Management, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing talent in the hospitality industry.

Work Type: It’s a contract job, we need trainers to work 4times a week. 

• Saturday may be included depending on the time table

Remuneration: NGN  30,000 - 50,000 per week depending on their qualifications
