Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare positions.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate with department heads or clients to understand specific job requirements and expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare or medical staffing).
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage high-volume recruitment.
