Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare positions.
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet role requirements and organizational culture.
Coordinate with department heads or clients to understand specific job requirements and expectations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare or medical staffing).
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage high-volume recruitment.
