Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, facilities, logistics, procurement, and general services.
- Ensure efficient coordination of company assets, utilities, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage company contracts and licences and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Supervise administrative staff and support teams to ensure high performance and service delivery.
- Manage budgets for administrative functions and optimise resource utilisation.
Human Resources Management
- Lead HR strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, compensation structures, and benefits programmes.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention programmes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and best HR practices.
- Provide guidance and coaching to management on employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution.
Leadership & Strategic Support
- Serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to organisational planning and decision-making.
- Promote a positive organisational culture that supports innovation, accountability and teamwork
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in administrative and HR processes.
- Represent the company in external HR and administrative matters where necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
