Job Summary

The Head of Human Resources (HR) is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that align with the organization’s overall objectives. The Head of HR serves as a key advisor to senior management and plays a critical role in fostering a positive organizational culture.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high engagement.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Lead strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive performance improvement and professional development programs.
  • Promote a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues.
  • Develop initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and compensation regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks related to HR practices.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
  • Promote a learning culture through leadership development and career planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on HR performance, workforce trends, and initiatives. 



Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management tools
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
