Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Expertly install and lay lace frontals, closures, and 360 wigs.
- Perform professional wig-making, revamping, and colouring.
- Style and braid different types of weaves and Ghana weaving.
- Offer treatments including washing, deep conditioning, steaming, silk press, and trimming.
- Advise clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable products.
- Keep workstations clean and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Stay updated on hair styling trends and the latest techniques.
- Be willing to train and mentor junior stylists as needed.
- Maintain excellent client service and professional relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a Hair Stylist.
- Proven expertise in lace frontal/closure installation and styling.
- Ability to make and install wigs neatly and efficiently
- Skilled in Ghana weaving, braiding, cornrows, and general hairstyling.
- Must be creative, fast, and customer-focused.
- Must have reliable references and a good work ethic.
- Open to training others and learning new trends.
