Housekeeping

Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Cleans and sanitizes  hotel and guest rooms
• Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets, and rugs
• Makes beds and changes linen.
• Cleans and sanitizes bathroom showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
• Replenishes toiletries and towers
• To report any issues that required  maintenance
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of Housekeeping experience
• Good organizational skills.
