Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feels welcome
- Administering check-in and check-outs.
- Providing front desk services to guests
- Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
- Processing guest payments.
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice, also be pleasant
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in Hospitality Management or similar role.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience working as a Receptionist, Front Desk officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. photocopying machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
